Kensington Gardens Luxury Landscape Project

This complete luxury landscape construction project in Kensington Gardens was designed to complement a contemporary residence and create a seamless connection between the home and its outdoor spaces.


The project combines architectural concrete, rendered walls, automated gates, structured planting, a Japanese-inspired courtyard, a resort-style pool garden, custom outdoor seating, bespoke water features, integrated landscape lighting and a smart irrigation system.

Project Highlights

Creative Level Management in the Front Garden

  • The significant level difference across the front yard was carefully resolved through a combination of broad architectural steps, raised garden beds and integrated retaining walls. This layered design creates a smooth transition from the street to the residence while transforming a challenging sloping site into an elegant and welcoming entrance.

Minimalist Japanese Zen Courtyard

  • The central courtyard features a Japanese-inspired Zen garden designed to create a peaceful focal point within the home. Feature stones, decorative gravel, sculptural planting and clean geometric lines form a calm, minimalist outdoor space that can be enjoyed from the surrounding interior rooms.

Resort-Style Tropical Pool Garden

  • The rear landscape was designed as a private resort-style retreat, combining a tropical pool garden, custom pergola, lawn and outdoor entertaining areas. Lush layered planting creates privacy and a relaxed holiday atmosphere, while timber-look finishes and warm wood elements soften the contemporary architecture and introduce a natural sense of comfort and relaxation.
